- Authorization:
The above-named client is engaging Pathway Online Education Pvt. Ltd, a propreitorship firm, located
at 15-B RSEB Colony, Amrapali Circle Vaishali Nagar,Jaipur
302021 (India). As an independent contractor for
the specific project of developing and/or improving a World Wide website/software
to be installed on the client's web space on a web hosting service's computer. The
client hereby authorizes Pathway Online Education Pvt. Ltd to access this account, and authorizes
the web hosting service to provide Pathway Online Education Pvt. Ltd with "write permission"
for the client's webpage directory, cgi-bin directory, and any other directories
or programs which need to be accessed for this project. The client also authorizes
Pathway Online Education Pvt. Ltd to publicize their completed website to Web search engines, as
well as other Web directories and indexes.
- Contract:
The client’s approval for work to commence shall be deemed a contractual
agreement between the client and Pathway Online Education Pvt. Ltd. The approval for the work can
be either an email confirming back the quote (with the quote document attached)
or the quote document signed by the client. Important: Approval for the work to
commence and payment of the advance fee indicates that the client accepts these
terms and conditions.
- Material:
All material supplied by the client shall remain the client’s property. It
will be assumed that this material belongs to the client and that it does not breach
any copyright laws.
- Domain Names:
Domain names registered on the Customer’s behalf are at no time the property
of the Customer. Upon registration of a domain name the customer acquires the right
to use the domain name for the period agreed but does not hold title to it. Where
Pathway Online Education Pvt. Ltd have registered the domain name on the customer’s behalf
this domain name will be registered to Pathway Online Education Pvt. Ltd. Pathway Online Education Pvt. Ltd agree
to transfer this domain to the customer or his/her agent when asked to do so provided
that all accounts have been settled.
- Registration Charges:
All third party costs arising from the registration of a domain name/purchase
of third party utilities/services shall be met by the Client and are payable to
Pathway Online Education Pvt. Ltd before a formal application for registration is made. This is
included in the standard invoice issued after approval for work to commence.
- Standard Website Package Elements.
Pathway Online Education Pvt. Ltd includes the following elements in their Standard Website
Packages:
- E-mail/phone consultation
(Up to 2 hours total general Internet orientation education, marketing strategy,
Web design consultation, and helping clients learn to use their own webpage editor.
Telephone long distance charges are in addition to package rates quoted. Additional
education and consultation is at our standard. rate.)
- Words of text
supplied by the client (200 words per page approximate maximum if not supplied
via diskette. WebPages of more than 1,200 words of text may be subject to additional
fees, especially if they require a great deal of formatting.)
